  • We do not accept returns of personalized or discounted items (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

  • Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
